Educator Preparation Programs
The Annual Program Performance Report (APPR) is a yearly public report card issued by the Department for state-approved teacher preparation programs that include performance metrics measuring a program’s effectiveness on preparing quality teachers and other professional educators for Florida’s classrooms. Programs receive a performance level score ranging from 1 (lowest) to 4 (highest) for the following metrics:
- Candidate Readiness
- Workforce Contribution
- Impact on Student Learning, if applicable
- Annual Evaluations
